In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, Following further amendments in this department's notification No. F A-3-14-2019-l-V(33) dated 17th May 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 18th day of July, 2022.
