In exercise of the powers conferred by Goods section 128 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax council hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Tax Act Government of Gujarat, Finance Department No. (GHN-141)/GST-2017/S.128(4)-TH 2017 dated the 29th December, 2017 being Notification No. 73/2017-State Tax, namely:-

In the said notification, in the fifth proviso, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2022", the figures, letters and words "28th day of July, 2022" shall be substituted.
