In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government, in partial modification of Notification S.O. No.1261(E) dated 19th March, 2021, hereby extends the last date for import of 1.5 Lakh MT of Urad [Beans of the SPP Vigna Mungo (L.) Hepper] under HS Codes 0713 31 10, 0713 90 10 and 0713 90 90 of Chapter 7 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule - I (Import Policy), for the fiscal year 2020-21, from 30th April, 2021 to 15th May, 2021.

2. Effect of the Notification: The last date for import of 1.5 Lakh MT of Urad, is extended from 30th April, 2021 to 15th May, 2021.
