In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time-to-time, the Central Government, in partial modification of Notification S.O. 3446(E) dated 1st October, 2020, hereby extends the last date for import of 1.5 Lakh MT of Urad [Beans of the SPP Vigna Mungo (L.) Hepper] under HS Codes 0713 31 10, 0713 90 10 and 0713 90 90 of Chapter 7 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule - I (Import Policy), for the fiscal year 2020-21, from 31st March, 2021 to 30th April, 2021.

2. Effect of the Notification: The last date for import of 1.5 Lakh MT of Urad, is extended from 31st March, 2021 to 15th May, 2021.
