Subject: Amendment in import policy of items classified under Chapter 41 & 43 of ITC (HS), 2012-Schedule-l (Import Policy).

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the import policy of the following items classified under Chapter 41 and 43 of ITC (HS), 2012 - Schedule - 1 (Import Policy), as under:

43016000	Of fox, whole, with or without head, tail or paws	Free	Imports are subject to Wild Life (Protection) act, 1972 and CITES.	Prohibited
43018000	Other furskins, whole, with or without head, tail or paws	Free	Imports are subject to Wild Life (Protection) act, 1972 and CITES.	Free. However import of fur of Chinchilla is Prohibited
43021100	Of mink	Free	Imports are subject to Wild Life (Protection) act, 1972 and CITES.	Prohibited

3. Effect of this Notification: Import policy of some items under Chapter 41 and 43 of ITC (HS) 2012 is revised.
