Subject:- Export Policy of Sandalwood.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended,read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Notification No. 37/2015-2020 dated 27.01.2017 on export policy of Sandalwood oil at SI.No. 185, Chapter 44 of ITC (HS) Classification - Schedule 2 (Export Policy), with immediate effect:

2. Effect of this notification:
