Whereas, the State Government considers it necessary that the following amendment in Mahdya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006 should be made at once without previous publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette;
Now, therfore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 71 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F A 3-03-2022-l-V-(16), dated 22nd February, 2022, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification at serial number (2), in clause (XIII) for the figure and word "31st January, 2022", the figure and word "15th April, 2022" shall be substituted.
