In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule I of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fifty Third Amendment) Rules, 2021. No.-1227/XI-2-21-9(42)/17T.C.58-U.P.GST Rules-2017-Order-(226)-2022 dated 07th January, 2022, the Governor, hereby notifies the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date from which the provisions of sub-rule (2) of rule 2, rule (3), clause (i) of rule (8) and rule (9) of the said rules, shall be deemed to have come into force.
