In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Telangana Act No. 9 of 2021) hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
