In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of Telangana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Telangana Act No. 9 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoint the 1st day of June, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of section 6 of the said Act, shall come into force.
