THE JHARKHAND GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

Body Notification No. 39/2021 - State Tax, S.O. No. 03, Dated 10th February, 2022--

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (10 of 2021), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
