In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No, 20 of 2002), the Slate Government, hereby, appoints the officers holding the post of Deputy Commissioner Commercial Tax and drawing salary in the pay scale of Level 15 of 7th Pay Commission Rs. 1, 23, 100-2,15,900, as Appellate Authority for the appeals pending and arising out of the order passed by the officers holding the post of Deputy Commissioner Commercial Tax but excluding the orders passed by themselves.
