In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), I, Ravi Jain, Chief Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby delegate the powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 30 of the said Act to the Special Commissioner, GST, HQ, Rajasthan, Jaipur with immediate effect.
