THE MADHYA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (21 of 2021), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January. 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
