THE TAMILNADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notification

Body NOTIFICATION G.O. (Ms) No.176, Dated 22nd December, 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2021 (Tamil Nadu Act No.27 of 2021), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 and 7 to 14 of the said Act shall come into force.
