In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of section 1 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Guj.21 of 2021), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the 1st day of January, Services 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act s a Tax Act, come into force.
