In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Eighth Amendment) Rules, 2021, No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(217)/1937, published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 4, Series I No. 27, dated the 6th October, 2021, the Government of Goa, hereby notifies the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date from which the provisions of sub-rule (2), sub-rule (3), clause (i) of subrule (6) and sub-rule (7) of rule 2 of the said rules, shall come into force.
