THE RAJASTHAN GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION No. F.12(1)FD/Tax/2021-89 , dated 29th December, 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment), Act 2021 (Act No, 8 of 2021), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
