Body Notification No. 78/2021-Customs (ADD), F. No. 190354/286/2021-TRU, Dated 29th December, 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), read with rules 13, 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely: -

1.	Notification No. 30/2016-Customs (ADD) dated the 11th July, 2016 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 675(E), dated the 11th July, 2016.	in the said notification, for the figures "2903 39 19", wherever it occurs, the figures" 2903 45 00" shall be substituted .
2.	Notification No. 13/2017-Customs(ADD) dated the 11th April, 2017 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 344(E), dated the 11th April, 2017.	in the said notification, for the figures "3907 20", wherever it occurs, the figures" 3907 29" shall be substituted .
3.	Notification No. 57/2018-Customs (ADD) dated the 13 th December, 2018 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 1203 (E), dated the13th December, 2018.	in the said notification, for the figures " 3824 90 90" wherever it occurs, shall be omitted.
4.	Notification No. 14/2020-Customs (ADD) dated the 9th June, 2020 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 364 (E), dated the 9th June, 2020.	in the said notification, for the figures "3907 20", wherever it occurs, the figures" 3907 29" shall be substituted.
5.	Notification No. 14/2021-Customs (ADD) dated the 18th March, 2021 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 199 (E), dated the 18th March, 2021.	in the said notification, (i) for the words "tariff items" or "tariff item", wherever it occurs, the word "heading" shall be substituted; (ii) for the figures "7019 90 10, 7019 90 90, 7019 19 00, 7019 39 00, 7019 59 00", wherever it occurs, the figures" 7019" shall be substituted.
6.	Notification No. 20/2021-Customs (ADD) dated the 5th April, 2021 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 251 (E), dated the 5th April, 2021.	in the said notification, for the figures "3907 20" or "3907.20", wherever it occurs, the figures" 3907 29" shall be substituted;
7.	Notification No. 76/2021-Customs (ADD) dated the 22nd December, 2021 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 876(E) dated 22nd December, 2021.	in the said notification,- (i) for the words "tariff item", wherever it occurs, the word "heading" shall be substituted; (ii) for the figure "3824 78 00", wherever it occurs, the figure" 3827"shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into effect from the 1st of January, 2022.

4. The principal notification No. 14/2020-Customs (ADD) dated the 9th June, 2020 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 364 (E), dated the 9th June, 2020.

5. The principal notification No. 14/2021-Customs (ADD) dated the 18th March, 2021 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 199 (E), dated the 18th March, 2021.

6. The principal notification No. 20/2021-Customs (ADD) dated the 5th April, 2021 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 251 (E), dated the 5th April, 2021.
