In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (3) of section 5 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben Act XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), read with clause (91) and clause (99) of section 2 of the said Act and the rules made there under, the Commissioner makes the following amendment in the Order No. 04/WBGST/PRO/2021, dated 17.08.2021 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) in the following manner:-

In the said Order, in the Table, in serial No. 14, in column (2), for the words "Smt. Maitree Sen", the words "Sri Anindya Mitra" shall be substituted.

2. This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
