In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, makes the following further amendment in this departments's notification No. F A 3-40-2018-l-V-(64), Bhopal, dated 27th September, 2019 and Notification No. F. A 3-46-2019-l-V-(91), Bhopal, dated 29th November, 2019 read with Notification No. F. A 3-40-2018-1-V (14), Bhopal, dated 25th February, 2021 and Notification No. F. A 3-40-2018-l-V(28), Bhopal, dated 31st May, 2021, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notifications, for the word and figure "30th October, 2021", the word and figure "31st January, 2022" shall be substituted.
