In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Act No, 8 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date, on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force,
