WHEREAS the Governor is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), as amended, the Governor is pleased hereby to make amendment to this Department notification No. 242-F.T., dated 22nd day of February, 2021, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Part I:-

Amendment

In the said notification, for the words and figures "30th day of June, 2021", the words and figures "30th day of September, 2021" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
