In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh No. 95/2020-State Tax, dated the 13th January, 2021, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)-4/2020-Vol-I, dated the 4th February, 2021, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures "28.02.2021", the figures "31.03.2021" shall be substituted.
