In exercise of the powers conferred by the third proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 29 of the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Goa Act 9 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), I, Shri Hemant Kumar, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Government of Goa, hereby further extend the period for completion of assessment for the financial year 2017-18 under the said Act by another two months beyond period granted vide above read Notification. All assessments for the year 2017-18 shall, therefore, accordingly be completed on or before 31st July, 2021.
