In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government notification No. 38/1/2017 Fin(R&C) (186), dated the 15th December, 2020, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 2, Series I, No. 40 dated the 4th January, 2021, namely:-

In the said notification,-

(i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, "31st day of March", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June", shall be substituted;

(ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, "1st day of April", the figures, letters and words "1st day of July", shall be substituted.
