In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4, read with clause (91) of section 2 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby rescinds the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.30/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
