In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of subsection (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10th November, 2020.
