In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2019 (1 of 2020), (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State Government, hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 7 of the said Act, shall come into force.
