In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (2 of 2020), (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State Government, hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 13 of the said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force.
