In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the this department's notification, No. F A 3-11/2020/1/V (43) dated 20 July, 2020, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "30th September, 2020", the figures, letters and words "31st October, 2020" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 30th day of September, 2020.
