WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (13 of 2019) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions mentioned at Section 8 of the said Act, shall come into force.
