In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Act No. 1 of 2020), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 10th day of November, 2020.
