In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Second 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2019(lof2020), (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State Government, hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 10 of the said Act, shall come into force.
