In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Second 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2019(lof2020), (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State Government, hereby appoints the 1 st day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 13 of the said Act, shall come into force.
