In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), read with Rule 80 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification No. CCT/26-2/2018-19/59/1505 dated 17th October, 2020, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series II No. 29 dated 19th October, 2020, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st October, 2020", the figures, letters and word "31st December, 2020" shall be substituted.
