In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act No.37 of 2019), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the 1stday of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act N0. 37 of 2019), shall come into force.
