In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (TN Act 19 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Commissioner in No. 9/2020-TNGST, dated the 11th May, 2020, published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No. 190, Part VI, Section 1, vide number VI-(l)/159(b-5)/2020, dated the 11th May, 2020, namely:-

2. In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "30th September, 2020", the figures, letters and words "31st October, 2020" shall be substituted.

3. This notification shali be deemed to come into force with effect from 30.09.2020.
