WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (13 of 2019), the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 1st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions mentioned at clause number 11 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (13 of 2019), shall come into force.
