In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Act No.22 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 13 of the said Act, shall come into force.
