In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, do hereby make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 27485-FIN-CT1-TAX-0072-2017, dated the 16th September, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1529 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 16th September, 2017 bearing S.R.O. No. 412/2017 , as amended in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 3 6407-FIN-CT1-TAX-0072/2017 , dated the 25th October, 2019, published in the Extraordinary issue No.2010 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 25th October, 2019, bearing S.R.O. No. 381/2019, namely

In the said notification, for serial number 1 and serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serials and entries against those shall be substituted, namely

"1. Shri Hrushikesh Mishra, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha and

2. Shri Gopal Krishna Pati, Joint Commissioner of Central Tax, Bhubaneswar."
