In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, in column number 2 against existing serial number 30, for the existing expression "M/s Essar Oil Ltd.", the expression "M/s Nayara Energy Ltd." shall shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from 25.05.2018.

This shall remain in force upto 24.06.2020.
