In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, with effect from 01.04.2020, makes the following amendment in this department's notification no, F,12(18) FD/Tax/2012-180 dated 27.05.2020, namely:- .

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the existing expression "of brands namely Royal XXX Rum, Royal Vodka and Royal Classic Whisky,", the expression "of brands approved by Rajasthan Excise Department, from time to time," shall be substituted.
