Body NOTIFICATION No. F-10-33 /2020/CT/V (23 ), dated, 26th March, 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in this departments notification No. F-10-63/2018/CT/V (103), dated 10.12.2018, namely :-

In the said notification,-

For the figures and punctuation "31-03-2020", wherever they occur the figures and punctuation "30-04-2020" shall be substituted.
