Sub APGST Act, 2017-Implementation of Section 151of APGST Act, 2017-Authorization Officers to obtain certain data/ information - Reg.

The attention of all the Joint Commissioners (ST) in the State of Andhra Pradesh is invited to the subject and reference cited.

In partial modifications of the reference cited, It is hereby informed that the Officers not the below rank of Assistant Commissioners (ST) are authorized to collect the data/information in accordance with Section 150 & 151 of APGST Act, 2017 on any matter from the concerned persons/ Departments in connection with the said Act, in such form and manner as required in respect of information/data to be collected. However such notice shall be generated through online module once the module completed. Till such time they may follow manual offline process.
