In partial modifications of the proceedings of the undersigned in the reference cited, and in exercise of the powers vested under Sub-section (3) of Section 5 of A.P. Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017, the Chief Commissioner of State Tax hereby delegates the power to all the Officers not below the rank of Deputy Assistant Commissioner of State Tax in the Divisions and in the Enforcement Wing of this Office to exercise powers enshrined in sub-section (12) of Section 67 and 122(1) of the A.P. Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
