In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 5 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), I , Dr. Preetam B. Yashvant, Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, makes the following amendment in this department's order no. F.17(131) ACCT/ GST/ 2017/ 3640 dated 22.06.2018, namely

AMENDMENT

In the said order, -

i. For the existing expression "Additional Commissioner", the expression "Special Commissioner" shall be substituted;

ii. For the existing expression "Joint Commissioner", the expression "Additional Commissioner" shall be substituted.

This shall come into force with effect from 20.02.2020.
