Body NOTIFICATION No. F-12(72) FD/Tax/2017-143, Dated: 26th February,2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Rajasthan. Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F. 12(30) FD/Tax/2018-18 dated 14.05.2018, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

i. In the table, against serial no. 1 in column (2), for the existing expression "Additional Commissioner", the expression "Special Commissioner" shall be substituted;

ii. In the table, against serial no. 2 in column (2), for the existing expression "Joint Commissioner", the expression "Additional Commissioner" shall be substituted.

This shall have effect from 20.02.2020.
