Body NOTIFICATION F.12(72) FD/Tax/2017-142 , Dated 26th February,2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F.12(60)FD/Tax/2017-149 dated 22.12.2017, namely:- .

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the existing expression "the Commissioner of State Tax", the expression "the Chief Commissioner of State Tax" shall be substituted.

This shall have effect from 20.02.2020.
