In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) and (3) of Rule 138B of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, I, Dr. Preetam B. Yashvant, Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, makes the following amendment in this department's notification no. F.17(131) ACCT/ GST/ 2017/ 3560 dated 23.05.2018, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, -

i. For the existing expression "Additional Commissioner", the expression "Special Commissioner" shall be substituted;

ii. For the existing expression "Joint Commissioner ", at both the places where it occur, the expression "Additional Commissioner" shall be substituted.

This shall come into force with effect from 20.02.2020.
